Caring with Compassion

At Vow Care, we prioritize personalized in-home support. Our dedicated team is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Experience compassionate and respectful care tailored to your unique needs.

Our Journey and Commitment

Vow Care started with a simple vision: to provide exceptional home care that feels like family. Our founder/manager recognized the growing need for reliable, compassionate care solutions in the community. Driven by a commitment to improving lives, Vow Care was established to fill this vital gap.

Our Manager has a vast knowledge of Human Resources (recruitment, training and assessment), with many years of Care experience ensuring that best business practices are implemented and good customer service is recognised as the critical aspect of a successful business.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of serving a diverse range of clients, from the elderly to individuals with specific rehabilitation needs. Each client has unique requirements, and we tailor our services to meet those specific needs. Our focus on building trusting relationships has been pivotal in our success.

Our History and Milestones

Founded in the heart of the UK, Vow Care began its journey to redefine home care services. Our mission was clear – to offer personalized and compassionate care without compromise. Starting with a small team, we quickly gained traction within the community.

We specialise in Domiciliary Care, Residential Care, Live in Care, Supported Living , with an on-call emergency 24 hour service, staffed from within the company.

Our caregivers are the backbone of Vow Care. Each member of our team is carefully selected and undergoes comprehensive training to ensure they align with our values of respect and compassion. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and ongoing learning environment for our staff.

Today, Vow Care operates two branches across the UK (Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire), each dedicated to providing personalized service in their respective communities. This expansion reflects our commitment to making quality home care accessible to more individuals. Our team is always growing to meet the needs of our clients.

We understand our clients need to feel safe and well looked after and this is what we provide. We have experienced and qualified staff to work with all types of clients; and we deliver high standard of quality of care.

We work in Partnership with local authorities and other Partners & community organisations in order to provide adequate facilities, plans and programs (support) to meet the needs of each and every service user.
